We’re looking for an ambitious professional who will be instrumental in driving customer conversion, engagement, retention, and contributing to overall revenue growth. You will build and manage the system for how Leland interacts with customers and community members, focusing on creating personalized and relevant user journeys. Design and execute customer lifecycle programs that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth across multiple categories (MBA, College, IB, PM, etc.) and channels (email, SMS, etc.)
Take on growth initiatives and help launch new growth channels
Leverage data to personalize user journeys and optimize messaging to ensure relevance at every stage of the customer lifecycle
Continuously test and optimize the system, using A/B testing and performance metrics to improve effectiveness and maximize ROI
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure alignment of messaging and goals across the customer journey
Identify opportunities for customer re-engagement and lead nurturing across key lifecycle stages, working to increase customer satisfaction and LTV
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement
1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment including Strategy & Ops, Product, Consulting, Marketing/Growth, Finance, or other relevant experience
Highly-skilled writer who can move quickly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and statistics to drive decisions
Demonstrated ability to own and scale initiatives in dynamic, high-growth environments
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing key stakeholders
A hands-on, scrappy mindset with a passion for diving deep into details while driving high-level strategy
Passionate about education, coaching, and empowering others to reach their goals
BA or BS Degree
