We're seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within the dental hygiene field. This role includes teaching core skills in dental cleanings, patient care, and oral health education, as well as guiding clients through certification requirements. Coaches also support clients on the career side, offering resume review and interview prep, along with networking strategy and salary negotiation tailored to dental hygiene roles. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience as a dental hygienist or in dental education (as a practicing hygienist, clinical instructor, or industry professional), a strong understanding of patient care best practices, and a clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
