We are looking for someone to join our Revenue Operations team! This role will be tasked with working directly with our Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of renewal orders in our CRM and billings system. An ideal candidate will have a love of technology and a desire to work in a role that is continuously evolving as our organization grows.


  • Drive renewals process by acting as the primary contact for the customer success and sales teams to ensure on-time, appropriately documented, and closed renewals
  • Process and review renewal requests for varying levels of deal size and complexity in our CRM system
  • Review requests for data integrity, working closely with accounting and commissions to ensure accuracy on renewals
  • Engage with customers to gather renewal documentation, such as contract signatures and purchase orders
  • Partner with AR and Sales to track and report on delayed renewals
  • Work directly with the Deal Desk team to ensure month end goals are met efficiently, including performing end of month controls and audits, meeting end of month process SLA’s
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in customer success, sales, accounting and revenue operations to establish renewals policies and procedures
  • Drive process improvements to improve current renewals processes, sales rep experience, and reduce overall processing time
  • Track and report key renewals metrics to stakeholders


  • Demonstrated superior customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well with internal customers and stakeholders (especially sales, accounting and business operations orgs)
  • Strong attention to detail, both as a processor and as a reviewer
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve shared team objectives
  • Ability to understand and follow defined process requirements
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Passion for working with emerging technologies and an ability to understand new technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 1+ years Deal Desk experience in a SaaS company
  • 1+ years relevant Salesforce experience
