We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Project Coordinator to join our Lucid for Education team. This role requires a proactive individual who can juggle multiple responsibilities and work across various departments, including sales, customer success, marketing, operations, and product. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of our start-up-like environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist in managing and executing various projects across sales, customer success, marketing, operations, and product teams.
  • Operational Duties: Handle operational tasks related to current projects and departmental OKRs.
  • Event Coordination: Provide logistical support for events, including trade shows and conferences, which may require occasional travel (less than 5%).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to ensure efficient workflows and successful project outcomes.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage day-to-day administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the Lucid for Education division.
  • Adaptability: Take on additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and perform tasks that require physical ability.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
