We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented IT Ops II to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will work closely with our IT Operations team and Technology Leadership team on Help Desk and company initiatives.
How you will make an impact
Act as initial point of contact for computer and system related concerns from vendors or employees
Provide technical support across multiple cross-functional teams
Coordinate with other teams and/or specialists to provide solutions
Manage IT inventory
Troubleshoot, with minimal oversight, a variety of technology areas including OS, Virtual desktops, network equipment, applications, and various other systems
Configure and support computer systems
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Utilize ticketing system to address and resolve IT related issues
Able to work on call rotation
Other IT operation duties as needed
What we are looking for
4+ years in a technology-related function or similar role that involves technical support
Solid understanding of desktop, laptop, network, wireless, IP phone troubleshooting and configuration
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other teams and departments at various levels
Ability to touch multiple avenues within IT, such as network gear, firewall setup and troubleshooting connectivity issues
