All employees are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission. Leadership is given to those who show initiative and consistently deliver excellence. Work ethic and strong prioritization skills are essential. All team members are expected to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across our organization and customer base.

Our Mission:

The ideal candidate will bring extensive Salesforce expertise, with a deep understanding of best practices and hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud and Data Cloud. Additionally, your familiarity with third-party integrations will enable you to enhance and streamline our platform. Your role will be pivotal in enabling our sales, partnerships, success, and marketing teams to operate at peak performance through a well-optimized and scalable Salesforce environment.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead Salesforce administration at a strategic level, driving impactful change from day one. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Salesforce processes, customizations, and integrations.
  • Governance & Best Practices:
    • Develop and enforce Salesforce best practices to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
    • Lead efforts in user access controls, security protocols, and system audits.
    • Stay updated on new Salesforce releases, features, and third-party applications to recommend improvements.
