Rising Team is seeking an Analytics Engineer who is interested in business strategy and analytics. You will develop and improve our data systems and reporting tools as well as support our business and GTM strategy through data analysis and experiment measurement. If you are technically skilled and have a desire to influence business strategy through data, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do:

Understand our mission and our customers
Work with team to develop and improve our analytics and reports tooling
Support our GTM strategy through data analysis, experiment measurement, A/B testing, and tracking experiment success
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for our business
Conduct in-depth analysis of data to provide compelling narratives

What You'll Need:

Strong statistics background
Comfortable implementing and working with data and analytics tools and SQL databases
Able to understand requirements and determine what data is needed and how to report it
Able to provide data and statistics perspective on experiments, measurements, and processes
Genuine care about the impact and quality of your work.
