Our mission is to build the most delightful, full-service banking experience for anyone who wants to bank in their native Spanish. Our goal is to make such an amazing banking experience that people will wish they spoke Spanish so they could bank with us.
We launched our checking account + debit card product in Q1’22 and are growing very quickly.

Here are some things you’ll do on the job
Own our compliance function soups to nuts: You’ll be the owner, single point of contact, and responsible person for all things compliance related. You’ll be the person working every day to ensure our products are compliant with all applicable laws.
Work with every team @ Seis: compliance touches every part of our business. In order to solve our customers’ problems we have to make sure everything we do is compliant. This is a cross-functional role that will impact every part of our business.
Know our business cold: you should know our business as well as anyone. Your job is ultimately to help grow our business by helping us build products that best serve our customers’ needs, and in order to do that quickly we need someone who can marry our compliance requirements to our product & business requirements
Escalate material compliance risks to management as appropriate.
Work with our partner bank & other vendors: You’ll be an important part of the relationship with all our primary vendors. Of course we need to be compliant, that’s a given. But we also need to build relationships of trust with all of them… the more they trust us, the more we can use their products to solve important problems for our customers.
You’ll know you’re successful when:
We’re able to build the products that best serve our customers’ needs while also being fully compliant with all local, state, and national regulations
We no longer need to use outside partners for to fulfill all our compliance commitments
We understand & execute our compliance requirements better than anyone else in our industry
You are obsessed about serving our customers. You work on compliance to the end of enabling better products that help our customers’ lives
You have deep experience with & understanding of consumer banking laws (e.g. Fair Lending, UDAAP, HMDA)
You have deep experience with & understanding of deposit & lending laws & regulations (B, D, E, H, X, Z, etc.) and regulatory guidance.
You have deep experience with & understanding of the laws & rules that apply to BSA/AML/Sanctions program including Customer Due Diligence, suspicious activity, OFAC and regulatory reporting.
You live to solve problems for our customers.
You can explain complicated compliance terms & requirements in everyday, easy-to-understand language
Speaking Spanish is a huge plus but not a requirement
We’ll pay for relocation to Utah if you aren’t already here
