What will you be doing?

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and strategic networking. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of Trendsi' style composition to effectively communicate value propositions for each item.
Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth.
Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Manage and coordinate strategic planning with key accounts to increase sales and overall satisfaction.
Stay informed about the latest trends and style compositions within the fashion industry. Possess a deep understanding of Trendsi's product offerings, including the value propositions for each item.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our core services to potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to address key account needs, such as restocking, out-of-stock situations, and order delays.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance key account sales performance.
Provide exceptional support to key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with Trendsi's products and services.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by key accounts promptly.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's Degree or Related Experience.
1-2 years of experience in a related field (BA preferred).
Sales Driven with a proven track record in sales, focusing on client acquisition and revenue growth.
Deep understanding of style composition and trends within the fashion industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate the value propositions of Trendsi's products and services.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster positive and long-lasting connections with key accounts.
Ability to quickly identify and address customer needs, order issues, and other challenges.
Effective organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams for effective problem resolution and strategic planning.

Bonus Points:

If you have had experience running online/boutique/fashion business, it’s a plus since you speak the language your target customers speak and understand their needs.
