Who we are Looking For

Verasight is looking for our founding Head of Growth who can take Verasight’s existing motions (e.g. conferences, content, email marketing) and scale them into a repeatable, metric-driven engine. This role will manage Verasight’s conference operations associate, social media manager, and content marketer. We’re looking for a leader who can elevate our current efforts by bringing structure, rigor, and scale to a function that already has momentum.

This role is for someone who excels at building processes to existing channels, content strategies, and tactics that meaningfully accelerate revenue growth.

Responsibilities

As Head of Growth, you will own the strategy, execution, and systems that scale Verasight’s revenue engine among researchers and organizations who depend on high-quality and verified survey data. You will take what’s working today (conferences, social media, research content) and expand it into a repeatable, metrics driven process.

Growth Strategy & Revenue:

  • Own growth and marketing functions, including brand, paid marketing, content, and partnerships
  • Build and optimize GTM funnels. Defining touchpoints, conversion stages, and the systems needed to measure them rigorously
  • Identify new channels and measure ROI

Metrics, Performance, & Marketing Ops:

  • Own attribution modeling, ROI of spend, and conversion metrics
  • Track all touchpoints with leads
  • Build dashboards and reporting for senior stakeholders

Content, Brand, & Market Awareness:

  • Develop a deep understanding of academic research, survey science, and client needs.
  • Own content strategy such as newsletters, white papers, and social media that resonate with Verasight’s core audiences - academic researchers and audiences who need high quality data
  • Elevate brand positioning and awareness with consistent messaging across all touchpoints
  • Represent Verasight at 6 - 10 conferences a year

Management

  • Manage a diverse and remote team with clear expectations, coaching, and accountability - the team includes an events coordinator, social media manager (parttime), and content creators
  • Represent growth as a senior leader, reporting metrics and building forecasts for senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or content marketing roles at early stage companies
  • Proven ability to build, own, and scale metrics-driven growth strategy with clear revenue impact
  • Experience owning GTM systems, including funnel design, marketing ops, CRM tools, automation, and reporting
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success driving both performance marketing and brand awareness
  • Track record of expanding existing inbound engines and identifying scalable new channels
  • Strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving environment
  • Direct experience working with a CEO or executive-level leader
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Metrics-driven mindset with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between creative-director mode and growth-hacker mode
