About Us

We're on a mission to transform behavioral health through cutting-edge digital solutions. Our platform delivers evidence-based assessments and video and AI tools to improve mental health outcomes, enhance patient engagement, and empower clinicians. As we grow, we're looking for a mission-driven Product Manager who cares deeply about people and acts with a high level of ownership to help shape the future of accessible, impactful healthcare.

The Role

As a Product Manager, you'll own the roadmap for one or more core product areas---partnering closely with design, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams to deliver intuitive, effective experiences for patients, clinicians, and enterprise partners. You'll balance user empathy with execution, data with intuition, and innovation with compliance. This role requires someone who dives deep with curiosity while maintaining strong communication with both engineers and customers.

What You'll Do

  • Define and evolve product strategy across patient and clinical-facing tools, always putting people first in your decision-making process

  • Prioritize and manage a roadmap that aligns with user needs and business objectives, taking ownership of outcomes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, clinical, commercial) to scope, build, and ship high-quality features

  • Engage with patients, providers, and partners to gather insights and validate decisions, diving deep with curiosity to understand their true needs

  • Analyze behavioral data, user feedback, and clinical outcomes to iterate quickly

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, and ethical health tech and AI standards

  • Represent product thinking in clinical and research discussions

  • Drive go-to-market efforts in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing

  • Create meaningful moments of delight for clinicians and patients through thoughtful product experiences

What We're Looking For

1. Strategic Product Thinking

  • Can define and communicate clear product vision and priorities

  • Experienced in driving roadmap decisions in ambiguous or regulated settings

  • Demonstrates ownership mentality in all aspects of product development

2. Behavioral Health Domain Fluency

  • Experience or deep interest in behavioral health, clinical care, or digital therapeutics

  • Comfortable discussing care journeys, clinical metrics (e.g. PHQ-9, GAD-7), and provider workflows

  • Can articulate the 3 biggest challenges of building products in healthcare

3. Execution & Ownership

  • Proven ability to lead products from concept to launch and iterate based on impact

  • Strong decision-making and prioritization in fast-moving environments

  • Acts like an owner, taking full accountability for product success

4. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborative partner to design, engineering, and clinical teams with a track record of building lasting relationships

  • Strong communicator who navigates tension and builds consensus

  • Skilled at communicating complex technical concepts to both engineers and customers

5. User-First & Data-Informed

  • Skilled in turning qualitative research and behavioral analytics into product decisions

  • Advocates for accessibility, usability, and emotional safety in digital health design

  • Puts people first in all product decisions, always considering impact on patients and clinicians

Qualifications

  • 3--6+ years in product management, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or wellness tech

  • Experience with B2B2C or B2B SaaS products (especially in health systems, payers, or life sciences)

  • Familiarity with modern development practices and modern product tools

  • Ability to share and discuss your personal GitHub repository demonstrating technical curiosity

  • Experience creating moments of delight for clinicians and patients

  • Track record of building strong relationships with engineering teams both in-person and remote.

  • Commitment to working in person 3+ days per week in our Orem office

  • Bonus: Exposure to clinical trials, evidence-based interventions, or value-based care
