Senior IT Analyst (LatAm)

Posted on Wednesday, September 13, 2023
The average American has over $90,000 in household debt. While Fintech lenders and for-profit banks are happy to issue high interest loans to consumers, Credit Unions have quietly existed as not for profit lenders that offer lower cost loans.
Clutch develops software to turn Credit Unions into FinTech lenders and leverage their balance sheets to responsibly lend to over 130M Americans. We’re seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Product Experimentation team to ensure Credit Unions are successful at utilizing our software in order to make borrowing less costly for the average American.
As the IT Analyst, your critical role is to establish and operate Clutch's IT function. You will collaborate closely with engineering, people operations, and security to ensure that the company is using the most effective technology for running the business. You will be responsible for ensuring that the hardware and software used by the company are easy to use, secure, and scalable. Additionally, you will provide support for team members and contractors, automate IT policies and processes that are currently manual, and design and document policies that facilitate an all-remote workforce.

You will be a match if:

  • You have software automation experience using Python, Bash, or another language
  • You have Apple MacOS user and management experience
  • You’ve managed Google Workspace installations
  • You have experience with IT helpdesk administration
  • You’re comfortable with MDM (e.g. Mosyle, Jamf, …) implementation and administration
  • You’ve built SAML/SSO/OpenID Connect single sign-on integrations
  • You’re able to perform system diagnosis to drive solutions
  • You have excellent knowledge of computer systems, security, and networking
  • You have strong written and spoken english communication skills

You might be a good fit if:

  • You provide a high-quality customer service experience
  • You’ve worked with the Linux operating systems
  • You have experience managing SaaS vendors: procurement, evaluation, budgeting and cost management
