The Product team at Clutch drives the strategy and execution for end-to-end digitally automated lending and deposits products at credit unions. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our enterprise-product offering
As an Enterprise Product Manager, your mission will be to lead the development and growth of our products tailored for large enterprise credit unions. You'll be at the forefront of crafting a vision and strategy that accelerates implementation and expansion among our key partners, ensuring our product vision remains robust while streamlining the go-live process for credit unions
Leverage your customer centricity and technical acumen to build platform products in the lending and deposits domain
Drive customer-driven decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity
Conduct independent problem focused product discovery with credit unions and combine that with best-in-class fintech practices
Drive product development, collaborating closely internally with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams
Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including engineering, data and go-to-market teams
Uphold high standards in product craftsmanship, balancing quality with speed to market
Skillset you will bring:
4+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping impactful products
Experience in fintech and lending is a plus. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, adept at managing stakeholder expectations and collaborating with credit unions.Ability to challenge assumptions, validate product concepts, and make decisive choices
Strong planning and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.Comprehensive understanding of product development, including engineering, design, analytics, and user research, and the ability to integrate these insights into product strategy
Deep passion for product management and an ownership mindset
