Engineering
You will work closely with the product and credit teams to build go-to-market functions for our lending decisioning engine. You’ll debug and resolve complex issues independently, anticipate potential blockers, and help unblock others when needed.
You will evaluate scope and requirements critically by surfacing ambiguities early, challenging assumptions, and reframing trade-offs to ensure clarity before execution. Progress, risks, and blockers should be communicated proactively through tickets, stand-ups, and async updates to keep teammates and stakeholders aligned.
You will provide detailed peer reviews that improve code quality, maintainability, and extensibility. In addition, you’ll drive continuous improvement by identifying technical debt, proposing design or tooling enhancements, and sharing best practices that increase team velocity and reliability.
