This is a hands-on learning role where you’ll develop the fundamentals of product management within a fast-paced fintech environment. You’ll learn how digital lending works, how credit unions serve their members, and how to turn complex workflows into simple, delightful product experiences, driving impact to our credit union customers and their members.

About the Team

You’ll join a high-talent density Product & Engineering org with a culture of ownership, speed, and judgment. PMs here work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers and GTM peers, driving clarity and tough tradeoffs instead of waiting for direction.

This is a pivotal time at Clutch: we are on a strong growth path, and how we scale account opening in the next 12 months will define how Clutch builds durable company leverage.

What You’ll Do

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Learn the fundamentals of Clutch’s Digital Lending experience, workflows, and customer personas.

  • Partner with a Senior PM and triad partners (Design + Engineering) to deliver small features and improvements e2e.

  • Collaborate with engineering to validate features and ensure quality delivery.

  • Shadow customer calls and internal standups to understand how fintech products serve real-world credit union needs.

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Contribute to backlog refinement, writing crisp product specs, and maintaining feature documentation.

  • Own a well-defined part of our product and lead quarterly planning for it with guidance from your manager.

  • Analyze user feedback and product data to inform backlog prioritization.

  • Present updates in demos and share learnings with your peers.

Within 9 months, you will:

  • Independently manage a small product area or recurring improvement track

  • Develop the ability to independently identify, scope, and propose enhancements that drive measurable customer impact.

  • Turning urgent needs into repeatable, scalable systems

  • Demonstrate growth in product judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership mindset.

What You’ll Bring

  • Execution excellence: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; you bring urgency, energy, and follow-through. A strong signal is 2+ years of PM experience in B2B or fintech environments.

  • Collaboration skills: You partner across product, engineering, and GTM — holding the line on judgment while ensuring customers feel heard.

  • Growth mindset: A growth mindset and willingness to receive and act on feedback to improve quickly. Please note that this role may evolve as our business needs change, so we appreciate your flexibility and adaptability.

What’s In It For You?

  • Remote Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of remote work from anywhere, balancing life and career seamlessly.

  • Unforgettable Off-Sites: Twice a year, bond with colleagues in exciting destinations, fostering teamwork and fresh ideas.

  • Paid Time Off and National Holidays: Enjoy 20 PTO days yearly and the National Holidays for relaxation and rejuvenation.

  • Stock Options: Joining us means having a stake in our success, so you'll receive stock options as part of your compensation package.
