We’re looking for driven, entrepreneurial sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering real value to customers. As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in accelerating growth across your assigned region. You’ll identify and engage prospective clients, deliver tailored product demos, and own the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing the deal.
This is a consultative, client-facing role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor—helping businesses streamline their HR and payroll operations with modern, intuitive software.
We Offer
Salary Range: In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this role is between $160,000 - $200,000 OTE in San Francisco. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
